Well, I am sooooo sorry you didn't get there! We have been a couple of times, and it is soooo amazing... it sucks about parking though..
We decided to make the Trek to Rochester, NY. It was a very smooth drive there (besides our brand new DVD player that we got for xmas didn't work!!!). This kids were pretty good, besides the lack of entertainment. We listened to a lot of Dora on the way down. When we got there, it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO busy. We got one of the last parking spots! The place was AMAZING! A little overwhelming, but well worth the drive! It puts the Ontario Science Centre to shame! It is so hands on with the kids! They all loved it! The worst part was, that it was a holiday for them too, and it was sooooo busy... I had a headache by noon, with all the noise, and you know how much noise I can take! I would defineately recommend going just NOT on a holiday! The ride home was VERY smooth, kids fell asleep... and we stopped in Bufalo for Pizza and Wings... my son did not want to be there, and kept saying GO! the whole time, and would not sit still, so my headache got worse. TO top it all off, my friend got wrong directions, and ended up not getting home until TWO hours after we left the restaurant! GRRRR!!!! Oh well, it was all worth it, as I asked my daughter what her favorite thing she did today was at bedtime, and she said "playing with you!" Melts my heart! Anyways, a short work week for us!!!! I need to get some rest... and some advil! So goodnight! _________________ Jodi

Jodi, it sounds like you had a great time!
We weren't sure what we were gonig to do, but we decided to go to the Skylon Tower and play some of the games there, it was okay, but not great, so on the way home we decided we should go bowling! The one here on Niagara St. was PACKED!!! It was an hour wait, so we went to Wendy's, and went home to get the camera, and back to the bowling alley. We only did one game, but it was alot of fun, Elaina loved it and so did Jade. She kept trying to kick the bowling ball like a soccer ball. Elaina threw all the balls herself, she did well ( of course we had the bumpers up). It was quite nice! Now Elaina is asking if we can go back every day LOL...
The guy at the bowling alley was amazed at how busy it was, but come on it's Family Day, when you have a holiday named like that, tha'ts what people do is spend time with their Family LOL
